Marmaris – Hisarönü Bay

Marmaris, located in the southwest of Muğla province, is approximately 90–95 km from Dalaman Airport, 130 km from Milas Airport, and 170 km from Bodrum. Situated where the Aegean and Mediterranean Seas meet, this coastal city is famous for its lush forests, scenic bays, and vibrant nightlife. Nestled at the foot of pine-covered mountains along the wide and sheltered Marmaris Bay, Marmaris is one of Turkey’s most important centers for both yacht and hotel tourism. The bays within Hisarönü Bay, where the Aegean meets the Mediterranean and the wind plays the perfect melody for sails, host dozens of yachts each year. Boats departing from Marmaris pass through postcard-perfect bays as they head toward Bozburun.
