Transitlog Entry Exit Document Renewal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Rudder Yachting and Ship Agency handles entry into the country, departure from the country, and document renewal procedures on your behalf for foreign-flagged private vessels and foreign-flagged commercial vessels.<\/p>\n\n

The validity period of Transitlog documents for foreign-flagged vessels in our country is one year.<\/p>\n\n

Foreign-flagged vessels may remain in Turkey for up to five years, provided they hold valid Transitlog documents (Sailing Permit, Yacht Registration Certificate, Temporary Import Certificate), which must be renewed annually.<\/p>\n\n

For foreign flagged vessels undergoing document renewal and entry procedures; A lighthouse fee is charged for vessels over 30 net tons. Lighthouse fees can be accessed via the General Directorate of Coastal Safety website.<\/p>\n\n

It is important that all necessary documents for foreign-flagged vessels to navigate smoothly in Turkey are obtained and kept on board at all times.<\/p>\n\n

Documents required for the smooth completion of the Transitlog procedure on foreign-flagged private vessels:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

-Current Certificate of Registration (Original)<\/p>\n\n

-Current Insurance Policy<\/p>\n\n

-Company Incorporation Documents (Legal Entity)<\/p>\n\n

-Captain Appointment Certificate (Original)<\/p>\n\n

-Old Transit Logs<\/p>\n\n

-Fixed Assets List<\/p>\n\n

-Yacht Crew Qualification Certificates<\/p>\n\n

If foreign-flagged vessels are registered to individuals rather than legal entities, vessel owners who do not reside abroad and do not spend more than half of the year abroad cannot enter the country or renew their documents.<\/p>\n\n

On Commercial Vessels Flying a Foreign Flag;<\/p>\n\n

Within the scope of the third paragraph added to Article 29 of the Tourism Promotion Law No. 2634, pursuant to the approval of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism dated 08\/01\/2026 and numbered 7769485; the shares to be collected in 2026 for social and technical infrastructure services from foreign-flagged commercial yachts over 39 metres in length that request permission from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism to operate for tourism purposes within Turkish territorial waters;<\/p>\n\n

For every 30 days;<\/p>\n\n

From yachts with a length of 39 metres up to 60 metres: 2,250,000 TRY<\/p>\n\n

From yachts with a length of 60 metres up to 80 metres: 3,250,000 TRY<\/p>\n\n

From yachts with a length exceeding 80 metres: 6,500,000 TRY<\/p>\n\n

Every 10 days;<\/p>\n\n

From yachts with a length of 39 metres up to 60 metres: 1,100,000 TRY<\/p>\n\n

From yachts with a length of 60 metres up to 80 metres: 1,500,000 TRY<\/p>\n\n

From yachts with a length exceeding 80 metres: 3,250,000 TRY<\/p>\n\n

It has been determined.<\/p>\n\n

For multi-owner yachts with more than four owners requesting a navigation permit, and for foreign-flagged yachts belonging to clubs, associations, and unions, an additional fee of 80 euros per meter in length shall be charged in addition to the navigation permit fee, as required by the second paragraph of Article 47 of the Regulation.<\/p>\n\n

For foreign-flagged commercial yachts arriving with passengers from abroad, an additional fee of 40 euros per meter in length is charged in addition to the navigation permit fee, as required by the fourth paragraph of Article 47 of the Regulation.<\/p>\n\n

Pursuant to paragraph (9) of the section titled \u201cII. Port Procedures\u201d of Tariff No. (7) of the General Communiqu\u00e9 on the Fees Law, published in the Official Gazette No. 33124, the fees to be collected in 2026 from foreign-flagged commercial yachts over 39 metres in length<\/strong>;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 From yachts with a length of 39 metres up to 60 metres: 2,471,167.90 TRY<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 From yachts with a length of 60 metres up to 80 metres: 3,706,751.70 TRY<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 From yachts with a length exceeding 80 metres: 4,942,335.90 TRY<\/p>\n\n
