Within the scope of the transition of the boats that are published in the Official Gazette dated March 3, 2017 and numbered 29996 to the Turkish flag;
1. The following conditions are sought by the port presidencies for entry into free circulation by registration or registration of yachts, quota, boats, passengers, and navigation ships abroad or with a foreign flag.
A) The document showing that it was acquired before 27/1/2017 and that it was in the registration of the country where it carries the flag,
b) The commitment that the document that the document that the registration of the country carries has been abandoned will be brought within 60 (sixty) days from the date of application,
C) The person to be registered in the name of the boat is the real person T.C. ID number, if the legal person; Signature Circular, Trade Registry Newspaper, Tax Number,
ç) Ship name application over the internet,
D) Document that the license fee or wage has been deposited for registration to the binding register,
e) Measurement of the boats to be recorded in the ship registry according to the national legislation,
f) The basis of the measurement values of the boat for registration to the binding register.
2. Boat owners/owners are responsible for the measurement process according to the national legislation within 1 (one) year after the binding register license is issued.
